What are some practical ways to stay in the present?
As business professionals and entrepreneurs, we spend so much time fine-tuning our craft. But I feel like we don’t spend enough time on fine-tuning our minds, which has a massive impact on our success.
Recently, a psychologist client of mine (who also happens to be a performance coach), Dr. Carolina Raeburn, PsyD. introduced me to a concept called Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and it’s made a big difference on how I approach my day.
